Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by all packaging and documentation. To initiate a return, contact our concierge team at contact@aneikaa-paris.com.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your piece for a different size or style, please contact our team. We will arrange the exchange and cover return shipping costs.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within the EU include all applicable taxes. For international orders, import duties and local taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
