2. Products & Pricing
All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes for EU orders. Aneikaa Paris reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
3. Orders
An order is considered confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. Aneikaa Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed through our secure, encrypted payment platform in compliance with PCI DSS Level 1 standards.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Aneikaa Paris offers complimentary shipping worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For international orders, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation. Engraved or customized items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Aneikaa Paris website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Aneikaa Paris and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aneikaa Paris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.
